Guarantee:

All plants are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.  Original sales slip is required and warranty applies only to defective plants that were properly maintained.  Damage from weather events, pests, vandalism, etc. are out of our control and therefore are not included in this guarantee.  Problems should be reported when first noticed so that we may have an opportunity to assess the situation before it deteriorates further.  Purchaser is entitled to replacement plant (same plant if available) or store credit.  Labor to remove and replant is not included in this guarantee.

Return Policy:

No Cash Refunds.  We gladly exchange or give store credit within 30 days of purchase.  Original receipt required.
